The control system of the TFW type pressure regulating valve adopts full hydraulic control and operation, and simultaneously controls and operates the vane servo and pressure regulating valve through components such as special main pressure regulating valves installed in the governor. The working principle is as follows:

 

1. When the unit load is constant, the main pressure valve piston is in the middle position, and the pressure oil P1 from the governor enters the main cylinder closed chamber of the pressure regulating valve through the orifice A. At this time, the pressure regulating valve closes the chamber oil pressure P1. =P2, which opens the chamber to drain the oil. Since the oil pressure in the closing chamber is greater than the water thrust on the valve disc of the pressure regulating valve, the pressure regulating valve is in the closed position.

 

2.  When the unit reduces the load (about 15% of the rated output of the unit), since the upward displacement of the piston of the intermediate valve disc of the main pressure regulating valve is less than the overlap amount S, only a small amount of pressure oil P1 passes through the orifice at this time. A enters the vane servo to close the chamber and slowly closes the vane. At this time, the pressure drop ΔP formed by a small amount of pressure oil through the hole A is small, and the oil pressure (P2=P1-ΔP) of the pressure regulating valve closing chamber can still be The pressure regulating valve is kept in the closed position. At this time, the pressure regulating valve opens the chamber to drain the oil. Therefore, when the load reduction amount is small, the pressure regulating valve does not operate, and the vane servomotor has a slow closing speed.

 

3. When the unit instantaneously smashes more load (greater than about 15% of the rated output of the unit), the upward displacement of the piston of the intermediate valve disc of the main pressure regulating valve is greater than the overlap amount S, and the differential pressure ΔP on both sides of the orifice increases. , P2 is reduced, and the pressure cylinder main cylinder opening chamber is connected with the pressure oil P1, the pressure regulating valve is quickly opened, the pressure regulating valve closes the pressure oil discharged from the chamber and a small amount of pressure oil flowing through the A hole is closed to the vane servomotor. The lumen quickly closes the vanes. Thanks to the same main pressure regulating valve control, the quick opening of the pressure regulating valve and the quick closing of the vane are synchronous.

 

4.When the unit increases the load, the main pressure regulating valve piston moves down, the pressure oil P1 directly enters the vane servo opener opening chamber (not restricted by the A hole), the pressure before and after the A hole is equal, and the pressure regulating valve closes the chamber oil pressure. No change, the opening chamber is drained, so the pressure regulating valve is still in the closed position.

 

5."Segmentation device": When the pressure regulating valve starts to open quickly, the oil discharge of the guide cylinder is rapidly restricted by the restriction of the orifice C, forcing the oil pressure check valve to open against the oil pressure, so During the rapid opening of the pressure regulating valve, the pressure oil in the closing chamber only partially closes the vane servo, while the other small amount of pressure oil is continuously drained through the regulating valve D, so that the opening speed of the regulating valve is higher than that of the "segmenting device" "It is speeded up when it is not put in. When the regulating valve is opened to the position limited by the limit ring and stopped (when the vanes are not fully closed at this time), the oil pressure of the pilot cylinder disappears, and the oil pressure check valve automatically closes automatically. At this time, only a small amount of pressure oil passing through the A hole slowly continues to close the vane servo, so that the vane is closed in two stages, so the size of the opening of the regulating valve D can directly control the inflection point position of the vane segment closing. After the guide vane is closed, when the unit speed is reduced to the normal speed, the main pressure regulating valve returns to the middle position, and the main cylinder of the pressure regulating valve opens and drains the oil, so that the pressure oil P1 closes the pressure regulating valve at a predetermined speed through the A hole.
